Looking for an intimate venue for a lecture, meeting, workshop, presentation, club gathering or private event? Quo Vadis is a bookshop, café and cultural venue in Kraków available for private hire.
The space works best for groups of up to approximately 25 people, with a standard maximum capacity of 30 seated guests. We can adapt the furniture arrangement to suit your event and provide basic technical equipment.
Quo Vadis is suitable for:
lectures and presentations;
workshops and educational events;
book launches and author talks;
discussion, book and language clubs;
meetings of foundations, NGOs and cultural organisations;
professional and local community meetups;
quizzes;
board games and DnD sessions;
intimate concerts and creative evenings;
networking events;
private gatherings and birthdays;
children's events;
other small-scale events for up to 30 guests.
In July and August 2026 alone, Quo Vadis hosted 37 separate events with a total of 453 attendances. These included book presentations, lectures, intimate concerts, music quizzes, DnD sessions, children's events, language and book clubs, and private gatherings.
The standard venue hire includes:
use of the event space;
up to 30 seated places;
basic rearrangement of furniture;
Wi-Fi;
background music playback;
up to two tables for registration, work, presentation or refreshments;
standard cleaning after the event.

More complex decorations, installations or special technical requirements can be quoted individually.
During Quo Vadis' regular opening hours — PLN 100 / hour gross.
Outside regular opening hours — PLN 200 / hour gross.
If an event takes place partly during opening hours and partly after closing, each period is charged at the appropriate rate.
Example:
19:00–23:00 = 2 × PLN 100 + 2 × PLN 200 = PLN 600 gross.
Additional equipment, bar orders and other services are charged separately.
Our bar remains available during events.
Guests can order coffee, tea, cold drinks, desserts and other items from our current menu.
You can choose one of the following options:
Each guest pays individually for their own orders.
or
The organiser covers a shared bill or sets a fixed bar budget.
For larger groups, we can also agree in advance on an approximate number of coffees, drinks or desserts.
Bringing your own cake, food, external catering or alcohol may be possible with prior approval from Quo Vadis.
